- The price quoted is subject to VAT.
- Course fees include the licensing of training materials for a limited period of time. Each license is valid to one person only and cannot be exchanged or shared.
- Flood Protection Solutions Ltd reserve the right to review the pricing as required.
- All discounts offered are mutually exclusive (i.e. only one discount can be applied to any one booking.)
- Late payment may result in the removal of any discounts.
- Once the course is purchased, cancellations are not accepted.
- If a student cannot access the course online via fpstraining.co.uk because they fail to meet the minimum system requirements, then Flood Protection Solutions Ltd will not take responsibility or provide a refund.
- The training material is the property of Flood Protection Solutions Ltd
- The training material has been prepared, maintained, updated and distributed by Flood Protection Solutions Ltd.
- The use of the training material is restricted to the Registered User.
- The Registered User shall not copy, share, distribute, transmit or in anyway exploit the training materials provided by Flood Protection Solutions Ltd other than for their own individual training. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law and violators will be prosecuted.
- Flood Protection Solutions Ltd does not warrant that the materials will be error free including technical inaccuracies, nor free of viruses, or other harmful matter.
